Thanks to its removable construction, the pull up bar can be positioned on different rungs and adjusted to the height of the user. The pull up bar has six non-slip handles, which allows for a wide range of pull-ups, core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises. When placed vertically, it can be used as a barbell holder. The maximum weight of the barbell is 200kg/441 lbs.
