Several professional baseball players and coaches have done lots of different training and coaching videos, so trust in those players to know what is going on. Some are detailed down to position, pitching, batting, catching, etc. where as others are more general in showing you all kinds of different plays in baseball. Many videos now come on DVD, but some still come in VHS.
